What has AbleGamers been up to since February? A whole lot of basketball, that’s what!
This month, on March 3rd, new ground was broken with a new first for AbleGamers. The Cleveland Cavaliers and AbleGamers partnered for a special fundraiser that put guests front and center for the action!
For the event, guests purchased tickets to the March 3rd basketball game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Orlando Magic, taking place at the home arena of the Cavaliers in Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Not only did purchasing the tickets help the mission of AbleGamers, but it also gave attendees the chance to watch the team practice from courtside. Better yet, the ticket also guaranteed a seat to the full game, and guests got to watch the hometown Cavaliers beat the Magic!
Overall, this was a first of its kind event for the AbleGamers community! A big thank you to our friends at the Cleveland Cavaliers and The Cleveland Legion for making our weekend perfect.
